In early inning confusion, Bellevue’s base runners advance while the Snohomish Panthers’ Third Baseman looks to throw Tuesday, May 20. Snohomish fell two down in the opening innings of what began as a pitchers duel. The weather and the game changed in the closing frames. Under just a pattering of rain, the Panthers splashed out 5 unanswered runs and added 1 more after a brief rain delay to win 6 - 2 and advance in the WIAA 3A State tournament. The contest was played on the vintage grass and dirt field at Snohomish High.
