Shelter introduces method to save dogs that were otherwise doomed

EVERETT -- The Everett Animal Shelter has problem-solved on addressing dogs that are seen as too aggressive, too volatile or too bitey to be adopted out. As a shelter that accepts all animals, it sought to see what it could do with these dogs. The answer?: Retraining them.
