2½ -year-old Jade races from one water feature to the next at the Water Pad playground in Willis Tucker Park in Snohomish on a hot Friday afternoon, June 21. Jade was there with his mom and grandma, who all live in the Snohomish area. Willis Tucker’s splash pad is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily until Labor Day, and then stays open on weekends in September.
