EVERETT — The public can learn more about Everett’s long-range plans for zoning and maps at an open house Thursday, May 8 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Carl Gipson Center, 3025 Lombard Ave. The talk is about the city’s “Everett 2044” Comprehensive Plan development. Leaders on Casino Road have brought concerns about localized plans related to it.
