SNOHOMISH -- Folks can now use the Robert S. Keaton Memorial Dock at Hill Park again.
Work to rebuild a majority of the underside of the wood dock and replace part of its deck finished last week. It’s one of two public docks on Blackman Lake at Hill Park; the other is a metal floating dock. The city closed this dock in January 2024 out of caution of its condition. The dock was fundraised for and erected by the Snohomish Sportsmen’s Club and the Tillicum Kiwanis Club sometime in the early 1980s.
