Film crew shoots in Snohomish, Everett
Producers looking for local extras
SNOHOMISH - A movie crew descended on Snohomish and Everett last week to shoot a thriller titled “Seven Minutes.”
Last week in Snohomish crews spent several hours filming at the intersection of Avenue D and Second Street for a short scene.
The team also filmed on Homeacres Road on Ebey Island and will be shooting in Everett over the next two months. This week the film crew will be shooting across from Karl’s Bakery on Wetmore Avenue in Everett, a bakery worker confirmed.
“Seven Minutes” is about a former small-town high school quarterback who loses his college scholarship in his first college game. The football star and his friends learn of a corrupt company in town and make a failed attempt to steal the company’s money.
In the Snohomish scene, one of the characters runs into a gas station bathroom to hide after a police cruiser pulls into the parking lot.
“Seven Minutes” stars Leven Rambin (“The Hunger Games”), Joel Murray, Zane Holtz and country music star Kris Kristofferson.
The producers are looking for locals to be extras.
Send an e-mail to and include your name, contact number and a head shot for the opportunity.
