Baron MillerBaron E. Miller

Baron Miller, 89, died peacefully at home in Mill Creek, WA, on Sunday, October 6, 2013. He was a devoted husband, father, and loyal friend.
Baron was born on August 27, 1924, in Freedom, Oklahoma. After serving as an aerial gunner during WWII, Baron left the military and made Southern California his home.
Until his retirement in 1981, Baron enjoyed a long career as a computer programmer with the Atlantic Richfield Corporation (ARCO). In 1953, Baron met and married his first wife, Pearl Marie Harvey, and by whom he was preceded in death in 1968. In 2006, Baron moved from Capistrano Beach, CA, to Snohomish, WA, and more recently to Mill Creek.
Baron is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 37 years, Eunice Hull Miller; son, Edward, and his wife Sharon; step-daughters Dawn Hull, Gail Besch, Marilyn Jonte, Sharon Mackey, and their families.
Baron will be remembered for his sense of humor, quick smile, passion for cooking, and fondness for long walks on brisk mornings. He was loved. He will be missed.
Arrangements are by American Memorial, with interment at Tahoma National Cemetery. No public services will be held. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
