Richard E. Morgan

Richard E. Morgan, born Nov. 28, 1943 in Columbus, Ohio, passed away Jan. 13, 2013. He moved to Washington in 1978. He was a former barber, drove bus for COTA in Columbus, Ohio, and also for Metro transit from 1978 to 2000.
He is survived by his wife, Judith A. (Noblick) Morgan; sons, James E. (Candace) Morgan, and D. Allan (Rebecca) Morgan; daughter, Andrea K. Baker; granddaughters, Chelsie A. (Jeremey) Stradley and Taylor M. Baker; 2 great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Christopher Stradley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and family.
Richard was preceded in death by parents, Mervel C. and Eula R. (Rowe) Morgan; sisters, Billie Ortman and Shirley Kneisley; and granddaughter Jessica Morgan.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, at Bauer Funeral Chapel in Snohomish.
