Margaret A. Link, 77, of Snohomish, passed away peacefully on June 15, surrounded by family, while at Providence Pacific Hospice.
Margaret was born February 2, 1933 in Portland, Oregon. A long time member of the Democratic Party, Margaret worked for years in Olympia for Senator Larry Vognild. Her favorite activities included going to the Casino and playing Bingo.
Margaret was preceded in death by her father and mother, William and Eva Baxley, her son Michael Link and her loving husband Ralph "Ole" Link.
Margaret is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Karen and Bob Matkin of Soap Lake, son Rich Link of Lake Stevens, sisters Barbara Denham of Oak Harbor and Louise Lahti of Bellingham. She has three grandchildren, Misha, Ashley and Shane; nieces and nephew MaRiessa, Stephanie, Erin and Scott.
Cremation services were handled by the Neptune Society. Per her wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to the Domestic Violence Services of Snohomish County.
