Light Up Monroe welcomes holiday season

Santa Claus reacts to a child’s surprising answer to a question he asked soon after the annual tree lighting in downtown Monroe on Saturday, Nov. 30. The Light Up Monroe Community Holiday Celebration also featured musical performances by Voices Northwest and the band and choir from Monroe High School.
