Downtown streets to close for Serpentine parade Friday
SNOHOMISH - Snohomish High School’s annual Serpentine parade through downtown will cause traffic delays between around 10:30 a.m. and noon on Friday, Oct. 4 as streets from the high school to downtown will be closed.
