Dressed as Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer, Romeo participates in the inaugural Pet Palooza in Snohomish on Saturday, Dec. 15. Phil Caruso of Lake Stevens brought his 3-year-old Chinese pug to the event. Romeo was one of 44 dogs to dress up and get a photo with Santa. Because of rainy and snowy weather, the pet parade along First Street was canceled.
