Mukilteo’s off-leash dog park opened Saturday, Oct. 27 with a Halloween-themed celebration. Dogs came in costume, including Gretta, a 4-year-old Great Dane, who came dressed up as a horse race jockey. The Tails and Trails park is located at 1301 Mukilteo Boulevard and is open daily from dawn to dusk.
