Taste local spirits at Snohomish on the Rocks April 20 SNOHOMISH - Taste more than 20 spirits all distilled in Washington from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, April 20 at the Snohomish Business Park, 1824 Bickford Ave.
Washington state has quickly become a recognized leader in the spirits industry. Recently, Washington’s craft distillers and distillers have won top awards at national and international spirit competitions, and several Washington bars and taverns have received national recognition for perfecting the art of the cocktail.
To toast these successes, the city of Snohomish announces Snohomish on the Rocks: A Celebration of Washington State Spirits. The event will feature tastings from more than 20 locally produced spirits, including award-winning gin, vodka and whiskey. The spirits are available to taste straight or in a signature cocktail.
Guests will receive five spirit tastings, food samples, and live entertainment for the $25 entrance ticket. Tickets are available online at www.GROWWashington.biz/spirits.
Prior to the public tasting, Snohomish on the Rocks will host a private industry event from 9:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is free and includes an educational seminar, lunch and spirit tastings.
